Our client, a 20-year-old technology firm with 6 offices around the US, has an immediate need for a seasoned Account Executive experienced in selling custom application development solutions or complex IT consulting services to senior IT and business executives.  The main focus of this sales position is to manage the Microsoft account, both managing projects and acquiring new ones.

Qualifications:

* 5+ Year track record selling to accounts such as Microsoft, Amazon, Expedia, etc.

* Proven experience selling to various business units within Microsoft and actively working a network of contacts

* Fundamental understanding of Microsoft development tools and technologies such as .NET, SharePoint and Business Intelligence projects

* Stable employment history

* BA strongly preferred

* Able to demonstrate recent success in achievement of service based sales quotas.

* Expert at identifying/qualifying new business and cultivating relationships as well as penetrating and growing accounts.

* Creative in overcoming obstacles to making the sale.

* Professionally trained and proficient in sales fundamentals.

Compensation

Strong base salary $90k+

Strong uncapped commission program with 1st year earnings $115k-$125k
