Our client is currently looking for a Sales Director that will be responsible for motivating, inspiring, training and managing a team of 6 Sales Managers and 85 Account Executives in their sales department to hit collective and individual sales goals and objectives. Candidates must have demonstrated an ability to lead a medium to large-sized sales team successfully and grow a call center team to be financially successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily and monthly sales objectives of your team and its members
  • Analyze critical metrics and make hourly, daily and weekly adjustments to  sales approach to maximize revenue
  • Being actively involved in the hiring process of new Sales Managers and agents
  • Develop bi-monthly training programs with upper management
  • Develop and manage sales contests

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a Sales Director or similar
  • Past management experience in a call center is required
  • Bachelor degree or higher required
  • Proven track record for meeting financial goals and key sales objectives
  • Strong values, work ethic, organization, leadership and management skills
  • As an excellent communicator you are able to build rapport quickly and effectively with people at all levels

As a Senior Copywriter, you are an experienced and accomplished direct marketing and advertising professional with polished creative skills. You develop copy concepts for print, online, radio, and broadcast, working closely with Art Directors and Designers to ensure the creative concept is developed properly and is strategically on target.

 

Job Description

  • Providing compelling, innovative copywriting for all media with an ability to direct visual concepts and design.
  • Participating in brainstorm sessions and concept development.
  • Partnering with Art Director(s) on creative concept development.
  • Coming up with valid offer ideas and determining whether they are likely to produce a successful result.
  • Fully understanding the client’s business problem, as well as the product or service, in order to present it properly in the creative work.
  • Writing the copy needed for the campaign.
  • Presenting team’s creative work to clients.
  • Working closely with creative, account and traffic teams.
  • Communicating and developing marketing tools that address specific business objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • BA in a related field.
  • 5-10 years experience in advertising/marketing preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, cooperative and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual able to manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of design programs, online and rich media programs, HTML, and PowerPoint a plus.
  • Solid sense of typography and design, understanding of direct mail package configuration and marketing production.
  • Must understand all aspects of direct marketing copywriting and its differences from general advertising copy.
