Sales Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Train new hire sales staff using best practices and industry standards to create a positive work and training environment for new hires
  • Work collaboratively with the VP of Sales and Director of Training to improve the training process and make changes as needed
  • Incorporate new hire feedback on training process to better meet the needs of the staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date reporting and information on each new trainee.
  • Train new hires how to effectively use the CRM system

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years sales experience and/or training experience
  • Training experience in a virtual environment is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Any exposure to senior market is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Technically proficient with MS Office Suite, webinar and CRM software
  • Highly ethical and responsible sales philosophy
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, highly organized
  • Ability to analyze performance and achieve results

Qualifications

  • BA in Business, Finance, Human Resources or other related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
  • Self-motivated problem-solver who can see the big picture in the small issues.
  • Excellent customer service communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent technical abilities including strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
