Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years customer service or account management experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to be a “player coach” juggling client and employee needs and issues
• Experience with technology or software a plus
• Detail-oriented, a master of client data and information
• Excellent phone skills
