As an Inside Sales Manager for this innovative and stable company, you will recruit, evaluate, coach, and retain an outstanding Customer Service and Quotation department. You’ll develop “best practices,” policies and training to ensure accuracy and facilitate continued growth.

Job Description

  • Monitor and verify that all customer contact is handled in a timely, professional manner, and to the customers’ satisfaction.
  • Establish and execute product, policy and computer training.
  • Develop and monitor department expense and manpower budgets.
  • Develop and implement process improvement using Kaizen and Lean principles.
  • Develop and interpret company policy in connection with questions arising from Customer Service and Quotations when situations exceed their authority or experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using Oracle
  • Ability to work independently and meet set goals
