As the Inbound Sales Supervisor in the Call Center, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a Sales Team, directly leading Inbound Sales Representatives in an uncapped commission environment to meet and exceed sales goals. A Sales Supervisor must demonstrate the highest standard of quality service, commitment, ethics and courtesy in dealing with customer associates.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years work experience with 1 year of call center management
  • Available to work flexible work hours
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills.

 

Compensation:
