Responsibilities

  • Manage 7-10 outside reps in WA and OR
  • Demonstrate excellence in cold calling and prospecting in the field to reps
  • Constant training for your sales team
  • Energize your team and ensure that they meet or exceed the sales goals
  • Create and maintain strategic partnerships with local/regional leads groups and associations.
  • Set up, execute and maintain systems to measure, promote, and reward success.

Qualifications:

  • A history of developing a solid team of sales performers
  • 5+ years of sales management experience with outside sales reps
  • Industry experience in food service or medical fields a plus
  • Ability to conceptualize and apply a sales strategy to target key markets
  • Comfortable with travel to Portland as needed

Compensation:

  • Strong base plus uncapped commissions
  • On target first year earnings 100k+!!
