As a Client Services Specialist, you will be part of a great team helping to define and provide high levels of customer service by training customers to get immediate results from the products they’ve purchased. The Client Services Specialist will also have the opportunity to drive product development by providing customer feedback to the development team. Responsibilities
• Provide training to customers via web-based tools
• Assist new and existing customers with product implementation
• Troubleshoot technical and product questions.
• Serve as first line resolver for all customer data/system issues through call ticketing system.

Qualifications
• BA plus 2+ years of experience working in or around a Human Resources dept.
• Self-motivated problem-solver who can see the big picture in the small issues.
• Excellent customer service communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent technical abilities including strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
