As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible to sell value-added products to existing clients. You’ll be responsible to analyze client needs and demonstrate how additional products and services will benefit their organizational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable track record (minimum 3-5 years) of exceeding sales objectives (quota)
  • Proven track record selling subscription-based intangible offerings desired, but not required
  • Experience with a national client base in a inside sales based fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute consultative sales process as the means to qualify and develop sales opportunities
  • Experience selling to HR and human capital industry knowledge is preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce.com strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required

Compensation:

  • Base $40-50K, plus Commissions
  • Potential to earn $90K+ first year!
