  • Computer literacy; experience with Word, Excel, etc.
  • Typing proficiency (45 words/minute)
  • 10-key (by touch)
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong sense of organization and follow through
  • Ability to work well as a team player
  • Oracle experience helpful, but not necessary
