As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible to:

  • Develop Fortune 500 (large commercial enterprise) opportunities via phone within geographic territory
  • Work as a team with field-based account executives to aggressively grow a defined Fortune 500 sales territory
  • Aggressively drive initial stages of sales cycle, including cold call prospecting, lead follow up, qualification and web-based presentations
  • Assist in opportunity development, trial management, ROI/Business case analysis and proposal creation
  • Provide input and work with sales management on the development and refinement of inside sales process

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable track record (minimum 3-5 years) of exceeding sales objectives (quota)
  • Proven track record selling subscription-based intangible offerings (eg. Information services)
  • Experience with Fortune 500 phone-based sales in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute consultative sales process as the means to qualify and develop sales opportunities
  • Experience selling to HR and human capital industry knowledge is preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce.com strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation:

  • Base $45-50K, plus Commissions
