As a Sales Manager, with this market leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Sales Representatives
  • Conducting weekly 1:1 meetings with account executives, provide coaching and direct, explicit feedback aimed at developing account executive skills
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior management; including interfacing with Sales Operations
  • Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team, and tracking the results
  • Conducting regular training of your team on the company sales methodology

Success in this position will open the door to promotions into the highest levels of sales management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven track record of 3+- years managing a metric oriented sales process
  • Software or technology industry experience preferred
  • Past proven record of sales success personally
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems including SalesForce.com
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
