We are currently seeking for an individual with telecommunication network technical experience. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with current customers troubleshooting and coordinating necessary repairs. The qualified candidate will use case tracking systems as well as diagnose and explain external hardware and software issues that affect the use and/or configuration of the Client’s products and services in order to resolve issues using internal and external resources.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of telecom customer support experience, knowledge of telecomm infrastructure, T-1, ISDN, etc…
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Telecommunications experience is required for this role
  • Quick learner and able to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
