As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Own, manage, and drive the full sales cycle to achieve sales quota
  • Do product demonstrations both in person and via web-based presentations.
  • Maintain updated sales records and prospect status in salesforce.com.
  • Forecast sales activity, revenue achievement, and update activity/prospect status on weekly basis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience selling software or technology solutions, services, or applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required (BA/BS)
  • Previous experience selling to HR is a plus
  • Strong experience building a pipeline, qualifying, and identifying deals
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue goals
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM and online presentation tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
