This rapidly growing, relatively new division is in need of an Associate Compensation Consultant due to department expansion. The qualified candidate will utilize the in-house software in a hands-on capacity with the client to improve and design updates to their compensation package then present the findings to their client’s executive team. Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with HR, human resources, staffing or compensation a huge plus!
  • Able to communicate effectively and persuade contacts up to the executive level
  • Familiarity with technology and MS Office proficient
  • Effective Project Management skills
  • Thrives in an independent work environment where employees are empowered to “do the right thing”
