  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and competitive with exceptional work ethic, must be self-motivated and comfortable working with little direction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in an outside, B2B metrics driven role is a plus
  • Must have a valid Washington state driver’s license and clean driving record
