As the Global Account Manager, you will serve as the link between the existing client and the production facilities ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This position is a key role in marketing and brand awareness. You will also have the opportunity to work with new products and their introduction to current customers. Note, there is no prospecting or cold calling in this role, all accounts are existing clients that do business on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • 2–15 years sales experience in a business to business capacity
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Manufacturer experience required
  • Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to travel to Oregon and Idaho overnight every 4-6 weeks
  • Professional written and verbal skills
