Due to great market response, this established and successful company is currently seeking an Account Executive for the Commercial Multiple Dwelling Unit division.

As the Account Executive in this division, you will primarily locate and create relationships with builders and contractors in order to bring the services to a new site. You will also contact and maintain relationships with organizations such as hospitals, nursing homes and correctional facilities to build upon and expand services. The third vertical you will have the opportunity to exploit is the internal database for clients approaching renewal. In this segment of the industry, you will enjoy a lucrative, professional and fertile market!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful business to business sales experience
  • Background preferred:  IT, telecom, construction, Commercial banking
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Experience negotiating contracts required
  • Upbeat with a positive sales approach
  • Professional communication style
