In the Inside Sales role, you will target small-to-medium-sized businesses, offering a broad suite of products to assist companies with their employment and hiring procedures. You’ll focus on new business development as well as growing your accounts and building out products sets for each client. Their products integrate with the top software solutions being employed by cutting edge human resource departments worldwide.

Qualifications

  • 4 year degree required
  • 1+ years experience in business to business sales, any tie to SaaS, IT or technology a plus!
  • Driven and motivated to represent a leader in the market
  • Interested sharing ideas and being a key growth contributor
  • Financially driven with a winning attitude and passion to grow professionally

Compensation

  • Base salary with excellent commission structure
  • First year on-target earnings up to $80k! Year two to 100k+!
