This outstanding firm is seeking an Account Manager to assist in contract renewal retention. This role requires telecommunications experience in order to best serve the customers. The Account Manager will use smooth customer service, product education, account reviews and persuasive sells techniques to maintain the current client base. Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in business to business sales with a proven track record preferred
  • Telecommunications experience required
  • Quick learner and able to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Must be able to commute to downtown Seattle
  • Proficient with MS Office applications as well as CRM databases
