As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be involved with all aspects of store operations. You will select new hires; and provide training and assessments to ensure core values are instilled. This staff oversight includes monitoring metrics, coaching and motivation when needed. Store responsibilities include payment accounting, stock and equipment inventory, maintaining cleanliness standards and branding requirements. You will also have the opportunity for customer interaction to demonstrate proper service as well as issue resolution. This role is an opportunity to exhibit your employee management as well as your retail business acumen.

Requirements:

  • Able to manage a staff in a high end retail location
  • Strong preference for a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years Retail management experience with a strong focus on sales
  • Must have managed, hired and terminated employees
  • Must be comfortable working Saturdays and retail hours
  • Professional and motivating management style
  • Experience in a wireless or telecom role a plus!
  • Must pass background and drug test upon hire
