As the Sales Development Representative you will follow up with these leads as well as develop your own within Fortune 5000 companies. Using consultative sales techniques as well as professional and persuasive demonstrations, you will build a pipeline by proactively prospecting into target accounts.   • 3+ years in a business to business lead generation role
  • Experience selling software to medium and large companies
  • Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or Communications
  • Previous experience selling to Human Resource targets is a plus!
  • Strong experience building a pipeline, qualifying, and identifying deals
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
  • Saleforce.com experience a bonus!
  • Previous sales methodology training, CRM and online presentation tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
