You will receive extensive training in order to proactively assist customers to maintain the quality this organization is known for as well as the client’s loyalty. Your direct customer contact will give you the opportunity to solve technical issues beyond Tier 1 issues. This is advanced technical support working on 10-20 cases per day. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • 2+ years technical support history
  • Knowledge of XML, SQL and multiple operating systems a plus
  • Well spoken and professional
  • Must be able to work shift of 4am to 12:30 pm
  • Naturally customer driven
