With over 50 years of experience in the insurance and investment industry, our well-established client is a leading provider of innovative employee benefit and personal finance services. As an Account Representative, you will be given all the tools you need to succeed. You will be responsible for presenting various retirement plans to participants in company 401k programs. You will also coordinate 401k rollovers and consolidation.

No prospecting or hunting and all accounts are established! This position provides great room for growth in a forward-thinking client-driven environment!!

Qualifications of the Account Representative:

  • 2+ years experience in financial service or solution sales or equivalent industry experience
  • Series 6/63 or 7/66 Licenses REQUIRED
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with IRA’s a plus
  • Travel is approximately 50% with half of that overnight

Compensation for the Account Representative:

  • Excellent compensation package: $50k+ base plus commissions
  • Earn $75k-$100k 1st year
