Qualifications of the Level I Support and Account Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA of at least 3.0 preferred
  • MS Windows XP and Windows 7 proficient
  • Administrative experience and naturally organized
  • A tie to technology or education systems a plus!!
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills

Compensation for the Level I Support and Account Manager:

  • Salary will be commensurate with experience
  • Bonus opportunities can yield up to $4k!!
