As the Client Services Manager, renew and upsell an existing book of accounts throughout your territory. You will have the opportunity to make onsite presentations as well. Once new products and services have been purchased, you will assist your client in implementation. To ensure customers are contacted in the appropriate timeframe, you will track and manage connections made. Qualifications of the Client Services Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years telecommunications sales or related role in a highly technical industry
  • Expert knowledge of internet technology as well as the ability to communicate to internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Products
  • Able to travel 20-25%
