In the Field Sales Manager position, you will manage a team of approximately 7 Outside Sales Representatives calling on small and medium accounts in an Eastside territory including Bellevue, Kirkland and Woodinville. You will have the opportunity to hire for your team as well train and coach. Reporting of sales activity and strategizing will be vital tasks. This is a chance to showcase your management skills and motivational skills!!

Requirements of the Field Sales Manager

  • 5+ years of sales management experience is required
  • Experience hiring and managing an outside sales team
  • Upbeat with a positive leadership approach
  • Professional communication style
  • Managing outside sales reps preferred
  • Prior history of successful personal sales
  • Must be within a realistic commute to the Eastside

  • Generous base with commissions – first year on target at $130k!!
