As the Account Manager, you will be given all the tools you need to succeed including training in Florida! You will be responsible for servicing your accounts and working closely with clients to resolve issues. Your calm and analytical approach to problem solving and customer service will lend to your success and career advancement.

Qualifications of the Account Manager:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll or financial services customer support
  • Experience in 401k or payroll a huge plus
  • Series 6/63 or 7/66 Licenses a plus
  • Enjoy successful customer experiences
  • Organized and professional
  • Bilingual Spanish/Chinese a huge plus!

Compensation for the Account Manager:

  • Excellent salary depending on your experience – up to $48k!
