This is an outside sales role, responsible for the full sales cycle of bringing on new clients and growing existing business. This is a challenging industry to master, so the job has plenty of coaching and on-the-job training. To be successful you will need to be a strong prospector, and take a consultative sales approach. You’ll manage a national territory and be the master of your own success!

Requirements of the Sales and Operations Executive:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of business to business sales experience
  • Some logistics experience preferred
  • Able to travel up to 50%

Compensation for the Sales and Operations Executive:

  • Base salary plus commissions with 1st year on target at $60k!
  • Year 2 on target at $75k to 100k!!
