This position requires geographical knowledge of the Puget Sound area and experience with scheduling and coordinating personnel in a cost-effective manner. You will be a highly-motivated self-starter with the ability to engage clients, schedule inspections, and eventually close sales. Responsibilities of the Scheduler / Dispatcher:

  • Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls for a range of services and products (100+ per day)
  • Strong Collections/ Accounts receivable
  • Meet daily/weekly sales quotas and goals
  • Identify possible sources of new clientele and convert into sales
  • Use sources to generate new customers
  • Establish, track, and maintain customer contact lists and leads
  • Investigate and resolve customer questions or problems
  • Educate oneself on products and services offered

Qualifications of the Scheduler / Dispatcher:

  • Exceptional organizational and follow through skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle difficult customers in a positive manner
  • Mechanical/technical background
  • Successful sales and/or customer service experience
  • Leadership and team development training
  • Call center experience
  • Proven history of growing and maintaining clients or sales
