The Regional Director is a key management position overseeing operations as well as the sales representatives. In this position, you will ensure that the quality this organization is known for is reflected in current account services and the sales department. Using a CRM system to track a more strategic vertical market, focusing on deals previously qualified while renewing existing clients’ services. You will have the opportunity to mold your relatively fresh sales team to the winning force you envision. Qualifications of the Regional Director:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or qualifying experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • At least 3 years of managing and business to business sales force
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
  • Professional and polished presentation

Compensation for the Regional Director:

  • Excellent base salary of $80-90k!
  • Earn up to an additional 50% of your base in quarterly and annual bonuses
