The Company continues to thrive, even in today’s increasingly competitive market, growing business over 40% and maintaining its #1 market position and we are actively seeking experienced IT sales representatives for a Lead Qualification Representative role with this Best in Class solution provider. You must be comfortable working alone, as well with other members of the Company’s Inside Sales Team to generate, qualify and nurture leads for the Company’s large accounts. This is not a relationship management or account management role; candidates must be comfortable with high volumes of inbound and outbound call activity to ensure lead targets are met.

Position Profile of the Lead Qualification Representative:

  • Conduct outbound dials in response to marketing generated leads (RFIs, web visits, trade show leads, webinars, downloads, sign-ups, etc)
  • Generate, qualify and nurture leads for entry into sales cycle
  • Track and manage personal lead pipeline
  • Assist Field Sales and Inside Sales departments with lead coordination and tracking with Corporate CRM system

Qualifications of the Lead Qualification Representative:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Information Technology sales in networking or cloud storage a huge plus!
  • 6+ years experience of business to business sales
  • History of lead generation success

Compensation for the Lead Qualification Representative:

  • Competitive base salary and commission with first year on target at $56k!
