Our client, a leading specialty manufacturer, has been making quality products for over 75 years in south Seattle. Now interviewing for an experienced bookkeeper for a state of the art facility. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented with a minimum of 5 years accounting experience. This role requires full charge bookkeeping as well as local mandated tax reporting. Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

  • Full charge bookkeeping including A/R, A/P and reconciliation
  • Manage client credit limits and adjust as needed
  • Payroll and benefit enrollment via vendor management
  • Office inventory and team programs

Requirements of the Bookkeeper:

  • 5+ years accounting history
  • Accounting software experience
  • Understanding of mandated tax agencies
  • Maintains appropriate licenses
