This local gourmet food manufacturer was cooked up over 30 years ago as a chocolatier and it has sprouted to include specialty cookies, soup and baking mixes, truffles jams and more. Still local, our client has maintained the commitment to quality and amazing foods they serve up.

As the Account Manager for this gourmet supplier, you will combine a dash of food enthusiasm with a scoop of new product ideas. Your menu will include acquiring new accounts, maintaining established accounts, launching new products and working trade shows. Expect to put on many sales presentations and product tastings as well. This will be the most delicious job you’ve ever had!

Qualifications of the Account Manager:

  • 5+ year of business to business sales experience
  • Experience selling consumer packaged goods for a manufacturer or distributor
  • Experience with account acquisition
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Interests and ties to industry is a huge plus!
  • High energy and ability to be resilient

Compensation for the Account Manager:

  • Strong base with first year earnings on target at $60k – $70k!
