Working in Sales Leadership, you will leverage your team members including Fabrication Managers, Production Managers, Installation Manager and more to foster relationships and sell products and services to a very specific list of accounts.   This small, but targeted base of accounts is identified and in many cases have been long-term clients.  You will also call on maintenance managers, engineering managers, or plant buyers to gain new projects and accounts. Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of successful sales experience in a project based sales role.
  • Or 5+ years of Sales Leadership in a somewhat related industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent reasoning skills
  • A technical approach to your work and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
