They are currently looking to add a Director of Account Management and Customer Support to their team. As part of their team, you will be working with a group of motivated individuals who love to revolutionize their products and increase their reach within the healthcare community. This role would be perfect for someone who is driven, passionate, and enjoys having fun and making an impact. You will be responsible for leading the Account Management and Customer Support teams, and will be responsible for all aspects of an outstanding customer experience. As part of this position, the Director will also be work on account renewals and expansions.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years managing an inside sales team in the tech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Very metrics driven management style
  • Not afraid to be a hands on manager
  • Exceptional communication skills and professionalism, organized, and time efficient
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Contagious passion and a desire to deliver value!

Compensation:

  • Up to $175k including salary and bonus program, depending on experience
