Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a Project Coordinator to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up sales orders in their billing system, as well as reconciling offsite inventory locations to physical counts. You will also work with sales representatives with arranging shipment, assisting with customer service inquiries, completing job quotes, and gathering and tracking market data. Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a coordinator role required
  • Product sales experience highly preferred
  • Experience in the lumber or materials industry is a huge plus!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly and outgoing personality

Compensation:

  • Base salary up to $50K, with opportunities for bonuses and profit sharing
