We are currently seeking an analytical, client-focused leader for one of our long-term clients!  Our client is one of the largest privately held companies in Washington State. Our client has received numerous awards for growth and overall quality for their excellence in a number of areas. This stable and productive company now has a rare opening for a Sales Operations Manager.

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for customer account management, customer retention, construction project management, pricing implementation, and team leadership. You’ll work daily with pricing initiatives, oversee a five-person team of Customer Services Representatives, and coach them to further succeed as your Reps are the first point-of-contact for clients! This is a very analytical role with a fair amount of independent decision-making required. Your pricing decisions will impact many people internally and externally.   Work with your sales group to improve revenue in retail locations as well as company locations to receive financial reward for increased revenue. Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ of client-facing leadership experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus!
  • An analytical, detail-oriented person with a keen eye for identifying opportunities!
  • Demonstrated success in building effective teams
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and positive style
  • Currently reside in the Tri-Cities, WA area or are willing to relocate to that area
