This magnificent company is currently seeking a Sales Leader to lead their top notch sales organization! This is an excellent company and leadership position as you will be working closely with your team in all aspects of revenue generation for this organization! Duties will be diverse and will include setting and meeting projections and budgets set by leadership. Hire and train your team on skills and techniques, assisting with demos and product demonstrations, and more! You will also be working closely with the CEO on strategy and tactical planning, as well as working with Salesforce to maximize value and tools capabilities. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred!
  • 3+ years’ experience managing a team and hiring team members in a tech sales environment
  • Track record of effective problem solving and exceeding revenue targets in SaaS or software sales
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, competitive, and strong work ethic
  • Experience working with your team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives
  • Administer and manage Salesforce CRM.
  • Must have a passion for data, reporting, and being on the floor with your team!

Compensation:

  • Excellent base salary + commissions with earnings up to $250K!
