The Assistant Branch Manager is primarily responsible for the management of route and warehouse staff; training staff out in the field and running routes if necessary. You will also hire, fire, train and motivate the outside sales representatives to grow revenue with each client.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years management experience, sales or service industry background preferred
  • Outside sales and cold-calling experience
  • Good mechanical skills
  • High energy, ability to motivate sales/service workforce
  • Demonstrable history of progressive responsibility in leadership positions and good professional stability

Compensation:

  • $55k+ base salary plus commissions AND bonus plan!
