#Lead Generation Rep. for #Redmond #Technology Client $80K Possible 1st Year – #Channel #Vendor of the Year ’09 & ’10

Global leader in data storage and recovery solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Associate for its growing sales team.  Our client is an award-winning provider of highly reliable backup, recovery and archive solutions to meet the ever-growing demands of today’s data-driven marketplace. This client offers businesses of all sizes an unparalleled range of solutions for all of their data storage needs, ranking atop its category.  Named Channel Vendor of the Year two years in a row, our client is looking to build on this momentum by adding a high-energy and dedicated sales professional to help propel the Company toward future success.

The Company continues to thrive, even in today’s increasingly competitive market, growing business over 40% and maintaining its #1 market position. We are actively seeking experienced IT sales reps. for a Lead Qualification role with this Best in Class solution provider.  You must be comfortable working alone, as well with other members of the Company’s Inside Sales Team to generate, qualify and nurture leads for the Company’s large accounts.  This is not a relationship management or account management role; candidates must be comfortable with high volumes of inbound and outbound call activity to ensure lead targets are met.

Position Profile:

  • Conduct 50-60 outbound dials a day in response to marketing generated leads (RFIs, web visits, trade show leads, webinars, downloads, sign-ups, etc)
  • Generate, qualify and nurture leads for entry into sales cycle
  • Track and manage personal lead pipeline
  • Assist Field Sales and Inside Sales departments with lead coordination and tracking with Corporate CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ideal candidates have 6 years, inside, B2B sales experience in hardware or software industry
  • Candidates with background in IT, hardware or software with knowledge of storage industry considered a plus
  • Prior history of success in an inside sales role with high call activity

Compensation:

  • Extremely competitive base salary with outstanding commission structure (80/20 split)
  • On target earnings for 1st year $80K
