Job Overview:
This is a blended role with focus on lead generation and sales support.  The hired individual will identify potential prospects using various tools ranging from the newspapers and business journals, to electronic forums such as LinkedIn, Facebook and more. Responsibilities also include engaging prospects via tele-prospecting, electronic media and other techniques. This position will support one or more office/field based Sales Executives.   • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 1+  years of successful telesales/outbound calling exposure with strong desire to be an integral part of the sales process with emphasis on acquiring new customers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion and presentation abilities
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent PC and Internet skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, sales force automation tools, email marketing etc.

  • 6-8 years experience in telecom, IT admin, or network engineering
  • Excellent speaking skills, ability to give technical presentations
  • Windows Systems Administrator: experience in Exchange Server Windows 2000+Server, ISS, ISA, MIS, DHCP, DNS etc.
  • Corporate LAN administrator experience in routing and switching, LAN administration, certifications in MCP, MCP+1, MCSE, CNE etc
  • WAN Network Engineering, optimizing layer 2 and 3 networks. Desired certifications include CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP or related vendor-specific training
  • People skills, ability to present technical concepts in a non-technical way
  • Understanding of and experience with:
    • Domino/Exchange administration
    • Remote access computing methods
    • Layered communication protocols
    • Enterprise security architectures and principles
    • IP and ATM networks
    • Wi-Fi networks and design (802.11a/b/g)
